Fall Inward Kundalini Yoga Workshop –Canceled

DESCRIPTION
Fall is a season that draws our energies inward to support our journey thru the winter months. The approaching holidays require that we connect to our inner resources so that we’re not depleted by the outward social demands.  On a physical level, the wet, cooling weather of Fall calls us to find our inner heat and to let go of what might be weighing us down. During this workshop we will be cultivating the fire within to burn bright and bring clarity and support us as we journey into the darker nights of winter. We’ll weave together Kundalini Yoga, restorative meditations, and sound healing with at least a half hour double gong relaxation.
